Firearm Purchase & FFL Transfer Policy
All firearm sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Regulated firearms purchased through Whiskey Rebellion Antiques will not be shipped directly to an unlicensed purchaser. Firearms requiring a transfer must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder selected by the buyer, or transferred in person at our licensed premises when permitted.
After placing an order, the buyer must arrange for the receiving dealer to provide Whiskey Rebellion Antiques with a current, signed copy of its Federal Firearms License. No firearm will be shipped until the receiving FFL has been received and verified.
The buyer is responsible for:
- Selecting a receiving FFL willing to accept the transfer
- Any transfer fees charged by the receiving dealer
- Completing all required forms and background checks
- Confirming that the firearm is legal to own in the buyerβs state and locality
- Providing accurate purchaser and receiving-dealer information
The person placing the order must be the intended purchaser of the firearm. Purchasing a firearm on behalf of a prohibited person is unlawful.
All firearm orders are conditional upon legal eligibility, FFL verification, inventory availability, and successful completion of the required transfer process. Whiskey Rebellion Antiques reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot legally be completed.
Firearms that are refused by the receiving dealer, prohibited in the destination jurisdiction, or returned because the buyer cannot complete the transfer may be subject to shipping, return shipping, restocking, and processing fees.
