This website is operated by Whiskey Rebellion Antiques. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Whiskey Rebellion Antiques.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all website visitors, customers, and purchasers.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law.

Firearm Sales and FFL Transfers

All firearm purchases are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Regulated firearms purchased through Whiskey Rebellion Antiques will not be shipped directly to an unlicensed purchaser. Firearms requiring a licensed transfer must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder selected by the purchaser or transferred in person at our licensed premises when legally permitted.

After placing an order, the purchaser must arrange for the receiving dealer to provide Whiskey Rebellion Antiques with a current and valid copy of its Federal Firearms License.

No firearm will be shipped until the receiving FFL has been received, verified, and approved by Whiskey Rebellion Antiques.

Firearms will be shipped only to the licensed premises address associated with the verified receiving FFL unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Purchaser Representations

By purchasing or attempting to purchase a firearm, you represent and certify that:

• You are the actual purchaser of the firearm.

• You are legally eligible to purchase, receive, possess, and own the firearm.

• You are not purchasing the firearm on behalf of a prohibited person.

• You have provided complete and accurate information.

• The firearm is legal in your state, county, municipality, and other applicable jurisdiction.

• You will comply with all required forms, background checks, waiting periods, permits, registrations, and transfer procedures.

• You understand that completing an online purchase does not guarantee that the firearm may legally be transferred to you.

Whiskey Rebellion Antiques reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction that we believe may violate applicable law, these Terms of Service, processor requirements, or our internal compliance procedures.

Age Requirements

Purchasers must satisfy all applicable federal, state, and local minimum-age requirements.

Federal law generally prohibits an FFL from transferring a handgun or handgun ammunition to a person under 21 years of age and a long gun or long-gun ammunition to a person under 18 years of age. State and local laws may impose higher age requirements.

By placing an order, you certify that you meet the minimum legal age for the product being purchased.

Receiving Dealer Responsibilities

The purchaser is responsible for:

• Selecting a receiving FFL that is willing to accept the firearm.

• Confirming the receiving dealer’s transfer policies before ordering.

• Providing the receiving dealer with the necessary order information.

• Ensuring the receiving dealer sends its valid FFL documentation to Whiskey Rebellion Antiques.

• Paying any transfer fee, background-check fee, storage fee, registration fee, tax, or other charge imposed by the receiving dealer or government authority.

Whiskey Rebellion Antiques is not responsible for fees or policies imposed by the receiving dealer.

Background Checks and Transfer Denials

All required forms and background checks must be completed through the transferring FFL.

Payment for a firearm does not establish a legal right to take possession of it.

If a transfer is denied, delayed, abandoned, or otherwise cannot be completed, the purchaser must contact Whiskey Rebellion Antiques regarding the disposition of the firearm.

Any refund may be reduced by applicable original shipping charges, return shipping costs, transfer expenses, processing fees, or restocking fees, to the extent permitted by law and disclosed in our refund policy.

State and Local Restrictions

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether a firearm, magazine, ammunition item, accessory, or other regulated product is legal in the purchaser’s jurisdiction.

We may refuse to ship any product to a jurisdiction where the product is prohibited, restricted, or subject to requirements we cannot reasonably satisfy.

Orders may be canceled when:

• The product is prohibited at the destination.

• The receiving dealer refuses the transfer.

• Valid FFL documentation is not provided.

• The transaction cannot legally be completed.

• The order presents a fraud, safety, compliance, or payment-processing concern.

Antique, Curio, Relic, and Military Items

The legal treatment of antique firearms, curios and relics, reproductions, military collectibles, and related merchandise may vary depending on the item and destination.

An item being described as antique, collectible, military surplus, or historically significant does not necessarily exempt it from applicable firearm, weapons, shipping, export, or transfer laws.

Whiskey Rebellion Antiques may require an FFL transfer or additional documentation whenever necessary or appropriate.

Ammunition, Magazines, Parts, and Accessories

Ammunition, magazines, firearm parts, and accessories may be restricted by federal, state, or local law.

The purchaser is responsible for confirming legal eligibility and destination restrictions before ordering.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for ammunition, magazines, parts, or accessories that cannot legally or safely be shipped.

Order Acceptance

An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of an order.

All orders remain subject to:

• Product availability

• Payment authorization

• Fraud screening

• FFL verification

• Legal review

• Destination restrictions

• Merchant-processor requirements

We may cancel or limit an order at any time before shipment.

Pricing and Product Information

We attempt to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, and availability information. However, errors may occur.

Many products sold by Whiskey Rebellion Antiques are used, antique, collectible, surplus, or historically significant and may show wear, aging, repairs, alterations, missing components, or other condition issues.

Photographs form part of the product description. Customers should review all photographs and contact us with questions before purchasing.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by inaccurate pricing, description, or availability.

Shipping

Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Firearm orders will not be shipped until all required FFL documentation and compliance checks are complete.

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate shipping and receiving-dealer information. Whiskey Rebellion Antiques is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, receiving-dealer issues, carrier delays, legal restrictions, or government review.

Title and risk of loss transfer as provided under applicable law and carrier terms.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are governed by our posted Refund Policy and any product-specific terms.

Firearms generally may not be returned once transferred to the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

Customers should inspect firearms at the receiving dealer before completing the transfer. When legally permitted, a customer who identifies a material issue should contact Whiskey Rebellion Antiques before accepting the transfer.

Failure to complete a transfer does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a full refund.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed by third-party payment gateways, merchant-account providers, banks, or other financial institutions.

By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

We are not responsible for interruptions, holds, declines, fees, or account decisions imposed by third-party payment providers.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Provide false information.

• Attempt to evade a background check or transfer requirement.

• Purchase a firearm for a prohibited person.

• Use another person’s identity or payment information without authorization.

• Attempt to purchase or receive a prohibited product.

• Interfere with the security or operation of the website.

• Use the website in connection with unlawful activity.

We may report suspected fraud, attempted unlawful purchases, threats, or other illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

Intellectual Property

Our total liability relating to a product or transaction will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Whiskey Rebellion Antiques and its owners, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, expenses, and reasonable legal fees resulting from:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service.

• Your violation of applicable law.

• False or inaccurate information provided by you.

• Your unlawful possession, transfer, resale, shipment, or use of a product.
