Layaway Terms

A minimum down payment of 25% of the purchase price is required to place an item on layaway.
All layaway items must be paid in full within six (6) months of the layaway start date.
Payments may be made at any time before the final due date.
Merchandise will not be released until paid in full.
Layaway items will be held for the customer until the final payment due date.
Failure to complete payments by the final due date will result in cancellation of the layaway agreement. Any money paid toward the layaway will be forfeited and converted to store credit, which may be used toward future purchases at Whiskey Rebellion Antiques.
Firearms are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and background check requirements at the time of pickup.
