Solingen Bayonet Converted to Short Sword

Up for sale is a unique bayonet believed to have originally been a Chilean M1895 bayonet made by WKC in Solingen, Germany, that was at some point converted unto a standalone short sword. Where and when this was done is unknown, but it’s believed to have been civilian done and the work is of high quality.
