Original military aircraft radar indicator/display assembly for the AN/APS-31 radar system, with attached ID-162A/APS-31 high-voltage unit and original cable harness. The scope housing is marked Made by Philco, Philadelphia, PA, U.S.A. and has controls for range light, marker brilliance, raster brilliance, focus, bias, and top alignment. The separate box is clearly data-plated ID-162A/APS-31 with warning plate and multiple connectors.

The AN/APS-31 was an airborne X-band search/navigation radar used in post-WWII and early Cold War aircraft applications, with roots in WWII-era radar development. Nice complete display piece with original brackets, paint wear, wiring, data plates, and intact amber CRT viewing face. Untested and sold as a collectible military aviation/radar component.
