1936 German “Sammelwerk Nr.15-“Adolf Hitler” Cigarette Album Photo-Bild. Nr. 141 Gruppe 67-Hitler w/ Kriegsmarine Sailors

Original period German collectible photographic print from Sammelwerk Nr. 15, “Adolf Hitler,” issued by the Cigaretten-Bilderdienst during the Third Reich era. The image is Bild Nr. 141, Gruppe 67, titled “Der Führer inmitten seiner blauen Jungen” (“The Führer among his boys in blue”). The German Digital Library identifies this exact image as dating to approximately 1934, with the collectible series published in 1936. 

The photograph shows Adolf Hitler wearing a leather overcoat and binoculars while surrounded by a large group of German naval personnel (Kriegsmarine sailors). The sailors wear the characteristic dark naval uniforms and caps, several with visible cap tallies. This is not a privately taken snapshot but a period black-and-white printed photograph based on an official image by Heinrich Hoffmann, Hitler’s principal photographer and Reich picture reporter. The German archival record specifically attributes the photograph and editing to Hoffmann and lists the NSDAP as publisher. 

The reverse is particularly useful for authentication and identification. It is printed:

The remaining German text explains the production of the six picture groups numbered 62–67 and credits Heinrich Hoffmann with the selection and artistic editing of the photographs.

These images were produced as part of the German Sammelwerk collectible-picture system, commonly described today as cigarette album or cigarette-card photographs. Collectors obtained individual images and assembled them into designated albums. Surviving loose examples are collected today as original Third Reich photographic ephemera. 

Your example appears very nice overall from the photographs. The image remains sharp with strong contrast, the borders appear substantially intact, and the reverse printing is exceptionally clear. I see normal age toning and minor handling/edge wear but no obvious major tears or serious losses.
