1942 Walther PPK Holster-Kriegsmarine Eagle/ M Marked, & Named
Brown leather flap holster identified as fitting the Walther PPK, featuring an integrated spare magazine pouch, rear belt loop, and leather closure strap secured by a metal stud. An attractive accessory for a German military pistol collection or WWII equipment display.
The back bears a maker’s stamp and a visible 1942 date, together with an eagle-and-swastika over “M” marking associated with the German Kriegsmarine. The maker’s wording is faint and has not been positively identified. Inside the flap is a faded handwritten inscription that appears to be a former owner’s name; its exact spelling and the individual’s identity have not been established.
The reddish-brown leather shows surface scratches, light scuffing, edge wear, and creasing from handling and use. The holster retains its shape, and the flap, fastening strap, rear belt loop, and magazine pouch are present. Visible stitching appears largely intact, with localized wear. No major open tears are apparent in the photographs.
Offered as a 1942-dated, Kriegsmarine-marked holster. Wartime manufacture, originality of the markings, and attribution of the handwritten name have not been independently authenticated. Please review the photographs for condition and marking details. Holster only; no firearm or magazine included.
