Original WWII U.S. military AN/APS-4 airborne radar control unit complete with its original heavy-duty multi-pin cable and aircraft connector. The wrinkle-finish control panel features labeled controls for Gain, Range, Tilt, Sea Suppression, Beacon/Radar, Tune, and Search, making it one of the primary operator control boxes for the AN/APS-4 radar system. These radar sets were widely used by U.S. Navy and Allied aircraft for night fighting, anti-submarine patrol, and maritime search during the latter part of World War II.

Condition is very good original surplus with light cosmetic wear, scattered paint chips, and an excellent original cable and connector. Controls appear complete and the legends remain sharp and highly legible. A desirable display piece for collectors of WWII aviation radar equipment and military electronics.
