Antique Military Rolling Block Rifle – Believed .43 Spanish

Another antique military-pattern rolling block rifle, very similar to the previous example but in slightly nicer overall condition. Full-length walnut military stock with matching forearm, barrel bands, sling hardware, adjustable ladder rear sight, and classic rolling-block action. Metal retains an attractive aged brown/gray patina with normal oxidation and handling wear. Wood is notably solid and presents well for its age with scattered dents, scratches, and handling marks.

Action functions properly and the rifle appears complete. Caliber is believed to be .43 Spanish but has NOT been confirmed. Chambering should be professionally verified before attempting to fire. A nice representative example of a late-19th-century military rolling block.
