The box is marked “.38 Winchester Center Fire Cartridges” and notes use for Winchester Repeating Rifles Models 1873 and 1892. Top label identifies 180 grain lead bullets.

This is an original 2-piece Winchester box with early-style orange and green paper labels. The box shows heavy age, storage wear, label loss, staining, edge separation, softened corners, and general fragility from age. The labels remain partially readable, including the caliber and rifle model information, making it a desirable display piece even with condition issues.

Includes 44 vintage/antique cartridges in the original box.
