Chilean Model 1895 Mauser Carbine — 7x57mm Mauser — Ludwig Loewe Berlin

For sale is a Chilean Model 1895 Mauser carbine chambered in 7x57mm Mauser. This is a classic South American contract Mauser, manufactured by Ludwig Loewe & Co., Berlin for Chile. The receiver crest is still visible, and the side rail is marked “Mauser Chileno Modelo 1895 / Manufactura Loewe Berlin.”

This carbine features a full-length military wood stock, straight bolt handle, military ladder rear sight, front sight with protective ears, barrel bands, sling hardware, and leather sling. The rifle has a great honest surplus look with matching age and wear throughout.

The wood shows typical military handling marks, dents, scratches, arsenal wear, and a painted rack number “49” on the buttstock. Metal shows patina, finish loss, and age-related wear consistent with a late 19th-century military rifle. A very collectible 7mm Mauser carbine with strong Chilean crest and markings.
