Connecticut Valley Arms traditional-style .45 caliber flintlock muzzleloading rifle. This attractive rifle features a long octagonal blued barrel, full-length hardwood stock, brass furniture including trigger guard and buttplate, double-set triggers, adjustable-style rear sight, blade front sight, wooden ramrod, and traditional flintlock ignition system. Barrel is marked “Connecticut Valley Arms, Inc. Black Powder Only .45 Cal.”

The rifle is in very good used condition overall. The stock retains a strong finish with attractive grain and only minor handling marks. Metal finish is likewise very nice, with the lock showing attractive case coloring and the brass furniture presenting well. A handsome traditional muzzleloader that would make a nice hunting rifle, shooter, or display piece.
