For sale is an early Remington Model 700 BDL bolt action rifle chambered in .270 Winchester. This is a classic American hunting rifle with the desirable BDL configuration, including a high-gloss walnut stock, skip-line checkering, black fore-end cap, Monte Carlo cheekpiece, blued barrel/action, hinged floorplate, and factory iron sights.

This rifle is chambered in the proven .270 Win., one of the most popular deer and big-game cartridges ever made. The barrel is marked Remington Arms Co. Inc., Ilion, NY, Made in U.S.A. and .270 WIN. It is also equipped with a set of scope rings/bases, ready for optics.

The rifle presents very well overall with an attractive vintage look. The wood has nice color and figure with normal handling marks from age and use. The blued metal shows light wear and handling marks, but still has strong overall appearance. A leather sling is included as pictured.
