It features the desirable Waffenamt / German military/police acceptance markings (visible in the photos along with standard FN proofs). Serial number 177793 appears matching on major parts.

The Model 1922 was a popular sidearm for Belgian police/military and was widely used by German forces (often by officers, Luftwaffe, or security units) after the occupation of the FN factory. This example shows the typical extended grip and barrel of the 1922 pattern.
Condition:
Very good original condition for a wartime pistol. Strong markings, decent blue finish with expected patina and light wear, nice checkered walnut grips, and functional appearance. Bore and mechanics should be solid based on the images. All serial numbers appear to match.
