INERT Original German Model 1917 Transitional Period Stielhandgranate

This rare example of the transitional M17 stick grenade is in Relic condition, and has been dipped in wax to help slow down further degradation. The handle still retains the 5 1/2 second fuze delay stamp and the threads on the canister still hold the handle tightly in place. The cap is loose and not retained on the handle.
