Lefaucheux Pinfire Revolver Carbine — Antique Revolving Carbine

Very unusual Lefaucheux-style pinfire revolver carbine, likely mid-to-late 19th century. This scarce revolving carbine uses the early pinfire ignition system and features a long barrel, revolving cylinder, folding/period-style rear sight, single trigger, and wood shoulder stock.

The metal shows heavy aged patina, oxidation, and pitting throughout, giving it a strong antique display appearance. Wood stock has an old refinish/varnished look with handling marks and wear. Serial/assembly markings are visible, including 1245 on the frame area. A scarce and eye-catching antique arms piece, especially desirable to collectors of early cartridge arms, pinfire revolvers, European military/contract arms, and Civil War-era technology. 12mm pinfire
