Mauser WTP Model I Pocket Pistol – 6.35mm (.25 ACP)

A very nice example of the iconic Mauser WTP (Westentaschenpistole) pocket pistol chambered in 6.35mm Browning (.25 ACP). Produced by Mauser-Werke A.G., Oberndorf am Neckar, Germany, the WTP was introduced in the early 20th century and became one of the finest European vest-pocket pistols of its era. These pistols were popular with civilians, police officers, and military personnel before and during World War II.

This example remains in very good to excellent condition, retaining an attractive original finish with only light handling wear. The original Mauser-logo grip panels are intact and in excellent shape. The action functions properly, and the pistol presents very well overall.

The left side of the slide is correctly marked:

“MAUSER-WERKE A.G. OBERNDORF A/N”
“WTP - D.R.P. U.D.P.”

The pistol is serial numbered 55979 and features the desirable Mauser banner magazine floorplate.
