Mossberg 183D-A .410 Bolt Action Shotgun
Mossberg 183D-A .410 Bolt Action Shotgun
The Mossberg 183 series is one of the most popular and recognizable American .410 bolt-action shotguns ever produced. Manufactured during the 1950s and 1960s, these lightweight utility guns became favorites for small game hunting, farm use, and introducing new shooters to the sport.
This example is a Model 183D-A chambered for .410 bore, 3-inch shells, and retains one of its most desirable features: the factory Mossberg C-Lect-Choke adjustable choke system. The adjustable choke allows the shooter to quickly change shot patterns from wide-open to tight full choke without changing barrels.
The rifle presents exceptionally well with:
- Strong original blue finish
- Attractive hardwood stock with excellent grain
- Factory bolt-action configuration
- Factory C-Lect-Choke
- Clean metal surfaces with only minor handling wear
- Crisp markings and overall above-average condition
