Nobrush Motor Generator 115VAC 400 CPS Aircraft/Radio Power Supply

Vintage Nobrush motor-generator unit by Georator Corporation, paired with a Collins Radio Company 529-0505-001 power/control box. Motor plate shows 115/230V, 60 cycles, 1/2 HP, 3500 RPM input and generator output marked 115V, 400 cycles, single phase. This type of unit was commonly used to provide 400-cycle aircraft/military radio power from standard AC input.

Unit turns on and runs. Includes mounted base with vibration isolators and attached Collins control/output box with fuse and 115VAC 400 CPS receptacle. Good piece for Collins radio, military aviation, aircraft electronics, ham radio, or vintage test bench use.

Condition is used surplus with scratches, scuffs, age wear, light oxidation, and dust. Runs, but no further load testing has been performed. Sold as-is due to age.
