Original Third Reich SA Sports Badge Miniature Lapel Pin-Sword & Swastika Design

Offered is an original Third Reich SA (Sturmabteilung) Sports Badge miniature lapel pin, featuring the classic design of an upright sword superimposed over a swastika with an oak leaf wreath. This miniature version was intended for civilian wear on a suit lapel or smaller uniform rather than the full-size sports badge. The design closely follows that of the SA Sports Badge introduced in 1933, a widely recognized physical fitness award of the period.  

The badge is die-struck with crisp details and retains its original vertical pin-back assembly. The reverse is unmarked, which is encountered on many period miniature examples. The construction and finish are consistent with wartime manufacture.
