Pietta reproduction of the classic Remington 1858 New Model Army percussion revolver in .44 caliber. Features the distinctive solid-top Remington-style frame in brass, blued octagonal barrel, blued six-shot cylinder, loading lever, fixed sights, and smooth walnut-colored wood grips. Barrel is marked “F.LLI PIETTA – MADE IN ITALY” and “BLACK POWDER ONLY .44 CAL.”

This example is in good used condition and appears to have been well maintained. The brass frame has developed light handling marks and natural patina, while the blued cylinder and barrel retain a strong finish. There is one noticeable scratch on the barrel as pictured. Wood grips remain attractive with only light handling wear. Overall a clean, attractive example of one of the most recognizable Civil War-era revolver designs.
