Remington 1911 R1 Enhanced .45 ACP – Two-Tone – Good Used Condition

Remington Model 1911 R1 Enhanced semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP. This is the upgraded Enhanced version of Remington’s full-size 1911, combining the traditional Government-size platform with a number of desirable factory features.

This example has an attractive two-tone appearance with a dark slide over a gray frame. Features include an extended beavertail grip safety with memory bump, skeletonized aluminum-style trigger, extended ambidextrous thumb safety, enhanced sights, front and rear slide serrations, checkered front strap, and textured gray/black grips. The slide is marked “Remington” on the left and “1911 R1” with “Enhanced” on the right.

The pistol is in good used condition, showing relatively light handling and finish wear consistent with normal use. Overall it presents very nicely and would make a sharp addition to a 1911 collection.
