Offered here is a 1982 Remington Model 700 Classic chambered in the legendary 7x57 Mauser (7mm Mauser). Early Model 700 Classics in desirable chamberings have become increasingly collectible, and the 7x57 is one of the most sought-after calibers offered in the series.

This rifle remains in excellent used condition. The walnut stock is very attractive with crisp factory checkering and only a few light handling marks on the left side. The bluing is excellent throughout, showing only one small spot of finish loss near the fore-end. The action is smooth, the bore is bright, and the rifle has clearly seen limited use.

Mounted is a quality Bausch & Lomb Balvar 8A fixed 8x scope, providing a classic period-correct optic well known for its excellent glass and dependable performance.
