Sempert & Krieghoff Suhl Germany – Engraved 12 Gauge Side-by-Side Shotgun – 29.5” Barrels – Ejectors – Matching Numbers

Beautiful vintage German-made Sempert & Krieghoff 12 gauge side-by-side double barrel shotgun manufactured in Suhl, Germany. This is a finely crafted example from one of Germany’s most respected historic gunmaking firms, featuring attractive engraving, traditional German styling, and excellent overall presentation.

This shotgun is in excellent used condition, especially considering its age. The 29.5-inch barrels retain an attractive dark blued finish, while the silver-toned receiver features extensive decorative scroll engraving. The engraving extends across the receiver sides, fences, trigger guard, top lever, and surrounding metalwork.

The checkered walnut stock and forearm display attractive grain and traditional European styling. The wood remains in very nice condition, with light handling marks consistent with age and use.

A particularly desirable feature is the shotgun’s automatic ejectors. The forearm serial number also matches the firearm, an important detail for collectors of vintage German doubles.
