Springfield Armory M1 Garand – .30-06 – M1D Sniper Clone – Original M84 Scope – T37 Flash Hider – 1950s Production
Offered here is an exceptionally interesting Springfield Armory M1 Garand chambered in .30-06 Springfield, configured as a faithful representation of the legendary U.S. military M1D sniper rifle.
Built on a genuine postwar Springfield Armory M1 Garand receiver dating to the 1950s, this rifle features several desirable military-style sniper accessories, most notably an original U.S. military M84 telescopic sight, side-mounted scope assembly, distinctive pronged T37 flash hider, leather cheek riser, and Boyt leather sling.
The M1D was one of the final sniper configurations developed around the M1 Garand platform, serving during the Korean War era and remaining in military inventories into the Vietnam War period. Its distinctive offset scope and specialized accessories have made it one of the most recognizable configurations of America’s iconic service rifle.
This example is offered as an M1D sniper clone rather than an authenticated military-issued M1D, making it an interesting representation of this historic military configuration.

The military M84 telescope and distinctive sniper accessories are particularly recognizable components of the M1D configuration.
Although this example is a reproduction of the M1D configuration rather than a documented original military sniper rifle, its genuine Springfield Armory receiver, original M84 telescope, and period-style accessories make it a noteworthy example of American military rifle history.
