Offered here is an original U.S. Springfield Model 1898 Krag–Jørgensen rifle, chambered in .30-40 Krag, complete with original sling, brass muzzle cap, and period bayonet dated 1899. Manufactured in 1901.

This is a very attractive, honest example of a classic U.S. service rifle from the Spanish-American War / early 20th century era.
