Thompson/Center Hawken percussion muzzleloading rifle chambered in .50 caliber. Classic traditional Hawken-style configuration with blued octagonal barrel, walnut stock, double-set triggers and brass furniture. This example is fitted with a period-style Lyman 4x scope on an offset mount, giving it a particularly interesting vintage hunting setup.

The rifle shows normal signs of use and age, including finish wear and patina to the brass, but presents well overall. Wood remains attractive with the traditional brass patch box in the buttstock. The scope and unusual long offset mounting system add considerable character and make this a great display piece as well as a classic T/C muzzleloader.
