Original World War II U.S. Army / U.S. Navy AN-2027-A vacuum tube manufactured by Raytheon Mfg. Co., complete with its original military shipping box and protective wooden transit cradle. The box is stenciled with military acceptance information including a December 18, 1944 acceptance date and a 50-hour guarantee, with the original serial number still visible. The tube remains secured in its factory shipping fixture, preserving it exactly as issued. An outstanding example of wartime military electronics used in radar, communications, and other electronic equipment.
