U.S. M7 Bayonet by Imperial – Vietnam Era – With M8A1

Original U.S. M7 bayonet manufactured by Imperial for use with the M16 rifle series. This classic Vietnam War era bayonet features the distinctive spear-point blade, black checkered grip panels, and muzzle ring/catch assembly designed for the M16 platform.

The crossguard is marked “U.S. M7” on one side and “IMPERIAL” on the reverse. Included is the original olive drab M8A1 scabbard with canvas frog and wire belt hooks. The bayonet retains a strong military appearance with honest service wear throughout.

The blade shows wear, finish loss, sharpening, and handling marks consistent with field or surplus use. The grip panels remain solid and intact, while the scabbard and frog show age and storage wear but remain fully functional. A solid original Vietnam era fighting knife setup that displays very well.
