Original U.S. military AS-147/AP radar antenna/component assembly, dated 1944 on the identification plate. Heavy cast housing with original black wrinkle finish, RF connector, indicator/light assembly, mounting shaft and surviving military inspection markings. The AS/AP designation and 1944 date place this piece within the WWII-era airborne radar/electronics family. Shows appropriate service wear but remains an excellent display example of difficult-to-find wartime radar hardware. Untested and sold as a collectible.
