U.S. Military M49 Spotting Scope/Observation Monocular by W.E.S.T.O-Vietnam Era

This is a compact military observation optic finished in matte black with original OD green canvas neck strap. Features adjustable eyepiece focus and rubber eyecup. Rugged military construction designed for field observation and target spotting.

These were used by the U.S. military for artillery spotting, observation, reconnaissance, and training applications during the Cold War / Vietnam era period. Great display item for militaria collectors, Vietnam-era gear displays, or military optics collections.

Condition appears very good overall with normal handling wear and scuffs from field use. Optics show some haze/cloudiness and should be considered used/as-is unless professionally cleaned. Strap remains attached and solid. Adjustment components appear present and intact.

A scarce and interesting piece of U.S. military optical equipment.
