WWII German Feldpost Envelope Grouping-3 Envelopes to Same Recipient in Berlin-Military Postal Markings

Original WWII German Feldpost correspondence grouping consisting of three period envelopes, all apparently addressed to the same recipient in Berlin-Lichterfelde-West.

The envelopes are addressed to Frau Annemarie Krüger, with the address appearing as Manteuffelstraße 9, Berlin-Lichterfelde-West. Keeping these three covers together preserves the historical connection between them and makes the grouping considerably more interesting than individual loose Feldpost envelopes.

Each envelope displays period handwritten addressing along with German military postal markings. Two of the covers feature particularly attractive violet “Dienststelle Feldpostnummer” official service stamps incorporating the German eagle and swastika.

The envelopes also bear Feldpost cancellation markings, with visible dates appearing to be from 1941, placing the correspondence during the early years of World War II.
