Vietnam Era US M1 Helmet & Liner Attributed 118th Military Police Co. (Airborne) Dated 1967

Original U.S. military M1 helmet set consisting of steel shell, liner, woodland camouflage cover, helmet band, and parachutist liner chinstrap.

This helmet features a faded airborne/paratrooper-style insignia on the rear of the shell with a visible “118” stencil marking above it. The liner retains a parachutist chinstrap dated 31 May 1967, and the helmet band is marked “REED.”

The 118th Military Police Company served as an airborne military police unit during the Vietnam era.
