Vintage MSA Skullgard Brown Phenolic Hard Hat-Industrial Mining Helmet-USA

Up for sale is a vintage MSA Skullgard hard hat manufactured by Mine Safety Appliances (MSA), USA. This classic brown phenolic resin helmet dates to approximately 1960-1970 and was commonly used in mining, steel mills, and heavy industrial environments. 

The helmet features the iconic textured brown phenolic shell and original interior suspension system. The shell is solid with no visible cracks and shows honest age and use wear including minor scuffs and paint specks. There is some decal residue on the rear from a previous sticker.
