Built in Spain by respected gunmaking craftsmen, the Model 522 offers the elegant lines and handling characteristics that have made Spanish doubles popular among bird hunters and collectors for decades. The receiver features tasteful game-scene and scroll engraving with color case-hardened accents, while the walnut stock displays attractive figure and sharp checkering.

This example remains in very good condition with excellent wood-to-metal fit, strong lockup, and clean overall appearance. The barrels retain a deep blue finish and feature a ventilated rib. Condition:
Very good overall condition. Strong lockup with no noticeable looseness. Bluing remains strong on the barrels with only minor handling marks. Walnut stock and forend show light hunting wear while retaining an attractive finish and figure. Engraving remains crisp and well defined. A clean example of a desirable Spanish sporting double.
