Excellent-condition Weatherby Mark V bolt-action rifle chambered in .300 Weatherby Magnum. This is a particularly attractive Mark V featuring a high-gloss figured walnut stock with contrasting fore-end tip and grip-cap accents, fine checkering, and Weatherby’s classic high-gloss metal finish.

The barrel has been Magnaported, with the ports visible near the muzzle. Metal condition appears excellent overall with strong, deep finish and only minor evidence of use. The stock is equally impressive, showing excellent figure and high-gloss finish with only light handling wear.

This rifle is topped with a Swarovski Habicht 6-18x50 A variable-power scope. This is a high-quality Austrian Swarovski optic and is a substantial upgrade over a typical hunting scope. It is mounted in Weatherby-style rings/bases and makes this a very desirable complete vintage hunting package.

The rifle is marked Weatherby Mark V, South Gate, Calif., Made in Japan, placing it among the well-regarded Japanese-production Mark V rifles. Chambering is the classic .300 Weatherby Magnum.
