Original WWII-era U.S. Army Signal Corps Test Set I-149, designed at the Signal Corps Radar Laboratory, Camp Evans, Belmar, New Jersey, and made by Viewtone Inc., New York. The unit features a large Westinghouse microamperes DC meter, olive-drab metal case, carry handle, on/off control, toggle switch, and original Signal Corps data plate.

This is a compact wartime radar/electronics test instrument with strong display value, especially due to the Camp Evans Signal Corps Radar Laboratory marking. A good piece for collectors of WWII radar, Signal Corps test equipment, military electronics, radio repair tools, or laboratory instruments.

Condition: Vintage surplus condition. Untested and sold as-is. Shows age, scratches, paint wear, oxidation, dust, and storage marks. Meter face is visible and presents well, but operation has not been verified.
