Original WWII-era U.S. Navy Type CAJP-28AAA Synchro Bus Deviation Alarm, marked “For General Radar Use.” Manufactured for the Navy Department – Bureau of Ships by Morgan Construction Co., Worcester, Massachusetts under Navy contract NXsr91975.
Large gray Navy radar/electronics cabinet with original data plate, red warning lens, fuse holder, carry handle, service plates, and front panel hardware. The label notes “Light On Indicates Failure,” suggesting this unit monitored radar synchro bus/deviation function and gave a visual fault alarm.
Good original WWII Navy radar system component with strong display appeal for radar, naval electronics, and Bureau of Ships collectors. Untested and sold as collectible military radar equipment. Shows age, finish wear, oxidation, dirt, and storage wear as shown.
