WWII U.S. Army 1st Special Service Force “Devil Brigade” Patch-Original

Original WWII U.S. Army shoulder sleeve insignia for the famed 1st Special Services Force, also known as as the “Devil’s Brigade.” This elite joint American-Canadian unit was active during WWII. 

The Patch features the iconic gold dagger over the red flame on an olive drab background. Construction is fully embroidered with a hand-cut edge, correct for wartime manufacture. The reverse shows heavy thread bleed-through, a strong indicator of WWII-era production. 

Condition is good to very good, with honest age wear and fading. No major damage or repairs. A genuine WWII combat unit patch.
