This is an original World War II U.S. Army Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal, awarded to American military personnel who served in the Asiatic-Pacific Theater of Operations between December 7, 1941 and March 2, 1946. The medal commemorates participation in one of the most significant theaters of WWII, including campaigns across the Pacific islands, Southeast Asia, and the Philippines.

The bronze medal features a detailed combat scene showing a landing operation with soldiers advancing ashore, a palm tree, and naval equipment in the background. Around the edge appears the inscription “ASIATIC PACIFIC CAMPAIGN.” The reverse typically bears an American eagle and the inscription “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA 1941–1945.”
