Original WWII-era U.S. Army Signal Corps Control Box BC-1157-A, manufactured by Western Electric. This is a heavy military aircraft/radar/radio control unit with original black wrinkle finish, data plate, meters, switches, knobs, and rear multi-pin connectors.

The front panel is marked with controls including Power, Trans On/Off, RCVR Tuning, XTAL, AFC, Beacon, Antenna Tilt, Antenna Search, and Range Naut Miles. The unit has two front meters and multiple original rotary controls and toggle switches, making it an excellent display piece for WWII aviation, radio, radar, or Signal Corps collectors.

Condition is used surplus/collector condition. Unit shows age, dust, finish wear, scratches, and storage marks. Knobs and controls appear present, and rear connectors are intact. This item is untested and sold as-is for display, restoration, parts, or collector use. No guarantee of function.
