Original WWII-era U.S. Army Signal Corps Modulator MD-30/APT-4, manufactured by General Electric. The data plate is intact and marked Signal Corps U.S. Army – Modulator MD-30/APT-4 – General Electric, serial number 518.

This is a heavy black-cased military electronics unit with front panel controls, power input/output connectors, mod output connector, plate voltage selector, plate current control, band width selector, spare fuse compartment, handles, and original front panel markings. The fuse compartment still contains fuses. The rear/side panel has multiple round yellow-covered openings, likely ventilation or access covers.

Condition shows honest military surplus wear with dust, oxidation, scuffs, and age patina. Controls and connectors appear largely intact from the photos. Untested and sold as-is for display, restoration, parts, or WWII radar/radio equipment collecting.
