U.S. Navy Aviator Individual First Aid Kit S2-1063-Conrad Products w/ Contents

Original U.S. Navy Aviator’s Individual First Aid Kit housed in its olive drab waterproof canvas pouch. The pouch features dual snap closures, belt attachment points, and the original red cross “US NAVY” marking on the exterior. Manufactured by Conray Products Co., New York, one of the primary wartime contractors for naval aviation survival and medical equipment.

This example appears to retain at least part of its original contents. These kits originally contained emergency medical supplies sealed in waterproof packaging for use by downed aviators, including bandages, medication, and other survival-related first aid items. The compact design allowed the kit to be carried on flight gear, life rafts, or survival equipment. Original labeled examples with contents are significantly scarcer than empty pouches.
