Original WWII-era U.S. Navy Bureau of Ships Model RBU-2 “Panoramic Radio Adaptor” manufactured by Warwick Mfg. Corp., Chicago, Illinois. Dated August 14, 1945 and marked “Tropicalized” for naval service. These units functioned as early panoramic spectrum analyzers used alongside military radio and radar equipment to visually monitor signal activity across radio frequencies. Features original CRT display, complete control panel, internal vacuum tubes/components, and heavy-duty military construction. An excellent display and research piece for WWII radar, communications, and electronic warfare collectors. Clean original condition with data plates intact and good cosmetic presentation.
