Original WWII U.S. Navy remote tuner unit, manufactured by Aircraft Radio Corporation and marked released November 1941—an early-war radio component used in naval aircraft.

This unit was designed as part of the RU-series aircraft radio systems, allowing remote frequency tuning of onboard radio equipment. Early-war components like this are increasingly hard to find, especially clearly dated examples.

 

 

 

Condition:

Good original condition. Shows age, wear, and oxidation consistent with service use. Dial and controls move smoothly. Untested, sold as a display/collector piece.
