Original WWII-era airborne radar assembly consisting of the RT-15A/APS-15 transmitter and associated MD-4C/APS-2 modulator, designed for U.S. Navy and Army Air Forces radar applications. The unit retains its original black wrinkle finish, cooling fin assembly, military connectors, and internal radar components including magnetron-related hardware. Marked for 26 VDC and high-voltage operation, this is a substantial piece of wartime microwave radar technology from the same family of systems used in anti-submarine warfare, maritime patrol, and night-fighter aircraft.

The APS-series radar sets were among the most important airborne radar systems of World War II and are highly sought after by advanced radar, aviation, and military electronics collectors.
