Comes housed in its original wooden case with brass hardware and includes the original restricted instruction manual for Model OQ-3 Vacuum Tube Testing Equipment, manufactured for the Navy Department Bureau of Ships by Weston Electrical Instrument Corp., Newark, N.J.

This is a very displayable and collectible piece of WWII Navy radio/radar service equipment. The tester has multiple tube sockets, test terminals, Weston meters, adjustment knobs, switches, and original data/reference charts along the lower panel. Case presents very well with age wear. Interior and faceplate show typical wear, dust, oxidation, and age from use/storage. Untested electrically.
